Fast-Forward's 2012

Profit Management Program

Profit should be a calculated event. But for many business owners, it is a fortunate but only occasional accident.

Fast-Forward’s Profit Management Program will put you in charge of your company’s profit. By implementing practices proven to produce results, you’ll become a more disciplined manager of your company’s productivity. You’ll receive tools to help you plan and measure the most important components of profitability. Starting in March and continuing into December, Steve Firszt will help you turn TLM management information into profitable management action and results.

"Let me teach you the power of TLM" - Steve Firszt, Head Coach, Fast-Forward

Plan. Act. Review.

And become more profitable.

“PAR” is the mantra of Fast-Forward’s Top-Line Management System (TLM). It is exactly what larger companies do to remain successful.

It is also what small companies do to become larger companies. Yet most small companies are too busy reacting to daily urgencies, to do any planning. No “P”.

They don’t have measuring tools to provide the feedback they need to shape improvement strategies. No “R”.

They thus remain small, and only occasionally profitable.

95% of all companies in the US produce less than $1 million in annual revenues.
Yours does not have to be one of them.

The Profit Management Program (PMP) is designed to help smaller companies join the 5% that produce $1 million/year or more, or even the 2% that produce over $2.5 million annually. By helping companies develop an annual plan for sales & profit, and working with them each month to review progress and outline improvement strategies, PMP helps managers take purposeful, effective action towards achieving a consistent profit.

If you're committed to more profit in 2012, the Profit Management Program will help make it happen.

This (2011) is the best year I’ve ever had…
